"On the 23rd of June 2017, I walk into church. We were hosting a youth event on that Friday night and I had just come from fetching a few youth from the South of Joburg. I walk in and enter the coffee shop section of my church, turn to go behind the counter to see if any help was needed. While behind the counter I notice a sweet and yet elegant aroma but it is bot coming from any of my friends and acquaintances behind the counter. I then turn to exit from behind the counter and then I notice Rebecca. She is the sister of one of my best friends, David, an egyptian. She She is sitting on a bar stool around the coffee shop counter. I had previously been introduced to her in 2013, then was reacquainted in 2015 when David got married and she was in attendance. This moment when I saw her I was immediately blown away by her beautiful eyes and her long black curly hair, coupled with the incredible scent, she was definitely one of the most beautiful people in the room.
It was my first day in South Africa, and there was a youth event at church that I attended. I was extremely exhausted from the flight and the day. While the event was happening, a guy whose face was familiar but who I have no recollection of meeting. He was very friendly, but I had no desire at all to entertain the conversation."

"I was visiting in Egypt to meet her family, and when I saw how she appreciated and treated her family, that resonated with me and my desire to have a wife that appreciates family. I had already witnessed how she had a strong relationship with God, and her ability to lead, but the shift to start considering marriage was when I witnessed her with her family. Rebecca is also incredibly kind hearted and compassionate which were characteristics that I desired in a spouse. She made me feel that I wanted to be better and could be better and that is a quality that made me feel I could Marry this women and spend my life with her.
-Throughout different scenarios in our relationship we went through some difficult circumstances but in each moment I felt Kyle never let anything get in between us and always strive to work together to solve it, he is always open to learn and grow, and he took my family as his own. In his visit he acted as though he was part of the family and not a visitor or stranger. He holds the same values as me. And he displayed a willingness to make the sacrifices of time and energy and effort to make our potential marriage work. Kyle loved me for who I was and not just for how I looked. I had always wanted a man that would put God first and lead my family. I didn't want a husband who I would lead, but wanted a man who could take charge. Kyle displayed these qualities and had the strength of character to lead our relationship even when I was stubborn and wanted my way.

What do I love about her? Her laugh, her strength of character, her appreciation and value of Family, she is kind and compassionate, she loves building deep with people and hates superficiousness. She hates fake and lies. She makes me better, she makes me want to be better also. The list would go on and on and on...
And him... How he loves people, his readiness to help, he is generous, passionate about God, values family, he has a serving heart, sometimes funny, handsome."
