“ We met on tinder, which is weird. The weirdest part though was meeting on tinder during peak covid in 2020 when you couldn't really go anywhere or do anything. So we matched and started talking and immediately hit it off (I believe), she believes that she said the first pickup line and I say that I did but both of us don't remember. After 3 weeks of chatting I asked if we could meet up, and so we met up. I had thought that i was already in love, but when I saw her in person I was blown away. From that moment I knew that she was the one for me. We were walking in Modderfontein nature reserve one Saturday morning and while we were looking into the distance he said "I love you." Those 3 words were said with so much honesty and care and in such a way I have never heard before. I knew he is the one."

What do I love about her? Well, what don't I love about her? From her voice to her hair to her eyes, her personality and quirkiness there are so many reasons why I love her. She and I are partners in crime and her quirkiness and my weirdness just go hand in hand. Her fire for God pushes me to strive to become better, I love the way she smiles it fills me with butterflies every time, I could go on and on about all the of the reasons why I love her.
When I first saw her, I knew that she was the one for me, but the more time we spent together, the more I fell in love with her, the more I got to know her, all her ins and outs all the ways she does things, the clearer it became to me that I wanted to be with her forever.
One day we were just sitting down and I was looking at her as she was staring into space and it was like my whole future flashed before my eyes. It was then that I knew for sure that she is the one I want to spend the rest of my life with.”

“I love him because he is Joshua. We understand each other. There is no other person like him, he is loving and kind and such a teddy bear! He has so much compassion and the thing I admire the most is he never gives up when he put his mind to something (also the smile lines on his eyes, haha). He gave me the ability to look at life in a more positive way, with a lot of help from his family and friends. We grew together without even trying.
